Lawful use
Use services only for lawful purposes and respect the rights of others. Prohibited activity includes distributing illegal content, infringing intellectual property, fraud, phishing, exploitation, malware distribution and unauthorized access to systems. Child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited.
Network and email conduct
Do not send unsolicited bulk email, run open relays, launch denial of service attacks, spoof identities or addresses, scan systems without authorization or interfere with another customer. Security research is permitted only with authorization from the owner of each affected system.
Resource use
Use CPU, storage, IP addresses and transfer within your agreed allocation. Shared VPS processors must not be used in a way that materially harms neighboring workloads. Sustained high utilization or unusual workloads should be discussed before ordering. Additional bandwidth and resource changes require a written agreement.
Customer responsibilities
Secure your software, control access and respond to abuse reports involving your service. You are responsible for content and activity by people to whom you grant access, including downstream customers. Report compromises promptly to support@netsworth.org.
Enforcement and reports
We may investigate, request corrective action, restrict traffic or suspend a service depending on the severity and urgency of a violation. Immediate threats may require action without prior notice. Send abuse reports to admin@netsworth.org with the affected IP or URL, timestamps with timezone and supporting evidence. Do not attach unlawful material; identify its location instead.
